What we collect

When you tell us about a job on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property. We also keep your answers about the job, any photos you choose to send, and the call-back time you pick. To find your address, the postcode you type is looked up with Ideal Postcodes, a UK address service. If you add a what3words location, we keep that too. The site records which page you sent it from, the link you arrived from (for example an advert or a search) and the type of browser you used. If you call or email us directly, we hold whatever details you give us in that conversation.

What we do with it

We use it to work out what the job involves, ring you back at the time you chose, arrange a survey and give you a price. Photos and job details are kept with your enquiry so whoever rings you already knows what they're looking at. We use it because you've asked us to look at a job for you. We don't sell your details to anyone.

Where it's kept

Your enquiry, and the call-back time you book, are kept in a database run by Neon. A copy is emailed to our office using Resend, an email service. Photos are stored with Vercel, who also host this website. Some of these services keep data in the United States.

This website is built and run for us by Agentic Alchemy, who can see enquiries so they can keep the site working.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us on the details above. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
